Colombian interdisciplinary artist Ernesto Linneman documents their journey as an indigenous Latine artist who duels with a world of white beauty. They question, dissect, and analyze the limited interpretations of Eurocentric beauty standards and their repercussions for indigenous bodies in our society. On their first solo exhibition, Linneman magnifies the presence of transgender folks in our everyday lives, inserting their self-created characters into mundane activities, commonalities of any integrated member of society.
